Most information held by Lotus Collaborations UK relates to the Board of Directors, members, volunteers, service-users, and people that access our resources or subscribe to our website, and enable us to:

  • check eligibility for membership.

  • circulate information to our members, service users or subscribers relating to the activities of the organisation.

  • respond to contact forms submissions.

  • effectively support and manage volunteers or members.

  • process donations or other financial support.

 

Anytime personal information is required or asked for, it will be done within a registration or website form, and it can be your name, e-mail, address, phone number, or others, depending on the purpose of the data.

If Lotus Collaborations UK develops and/or distributes any questionnaire, study or survey, details on how the data will be processed and displayed, will be shared with it, as well as the request to confirm understanding and authorisation in the registration/survey form before submitting it.

Access to Data

Any member of the organisation that has access to personal data will sign a confidentiality non-disclosure agreement to ensure no information is shared or used outside of the purpose for which it was given. In case of leaving the organisation, members with any data by Lotus Collaborations UK will be required to return all data, or delete it, if applicable.  Unauthorised access of disclosure of any personal/confidential information will be seen as a serious offence and will be dealt with accordingly.

Information is confidential to Lotus Collaborations UK as an organisation and may be passed onto the Board of Directors to ensure the best quality of service is given to our members.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Safety of Survivors

The personal safety of any survivor that works or engages with us is one of our main concerns. If you are still in a situation of violence, we can provide additional confidentiality measures for safety issues. We can immediately delete any emails or data that can potentially do so, if requested, as soon as the contact needs end, including e-mails or contact requests received or sent, or to delete any online interaction, maintaining only one offline copy of the contact for the purpose that Lotus was contacted for.

Deleting or Changing of Your Data

You have the right to request access to any personal data we have of you, and that can be changed or asked to be deleted at any point in time. You can contact EMAIL for this purpose, to make a complaint or if you have any additional questions on our Data Policies.

  • up to 7 days prior to the training – free of charge

  • less than 7 days prior to the session -100% of the fee

 

Training packages

  • 4 weeks–7 days prior to the training – 25% of the fee

  • less than 7 days prior to the session -100% of the fee

 

Bespoke Training

  • Up to 8 weeks prior to the training – free of charge

  • 8-4 weeks prior to the training – 25% of the fee

  • 4 weeks–7 days prior to the training – 50% of the fee

  • less than 7 days prior to the training – 100% of the fee
